Started the drywall, and boy........sure made a difference in brightness already. I normally lay the sheets horizontally, having only one joint to tape, but being alone, it went faster upright and I want to get it done so I can start my conduit and electrical. Tightened up around the large doors some, and watched the temp. go up ahhhhhhhh Can't wait for the ceiling to be insulated and ought to be able to heat this place with a candle!

woo..whooo, got power and lights!! Now more extensions to the camp! Starting to look like a shop now (well......almost)

We had our first snow today, and thought I'd share it with everyone this thanksgiving

This is a view from the shop

Thought I'd take advantage of the snow and cold weather to get rid of a few slash piles. One pile went pretty quick, but this one will burn all day, and into the night for sure, but it sure will be nice to see them gone

Thought I'd tack the sunburst pediment on top of the window to see how it looks before I carve the logs out to set it back, flush with the window.

I didn't realize just what all I had till I saw all this lumped in one spot. Holy cow...... looks like a Grizzly show room!

Feels good to start putting some kinda something together after such a long absence. I've got so much stuff in boxes that need to get put up in drawers, so I may as well start with an outfeed/router table first. This will give me a total of 22 drawers.

I'm really pleased with the shop maintaining a 65 degree temp. with a below zero reading of -8 outside with wind factored in, and no ceiling insulation yet. It ought to be really toasty next year when everything is done.

Got to complete the box, and now ready for the drawers, but I think I'll start in on another unit for my miter saw first. I took in some cedar to finish dry and placed it overhead between the joists where most of the heat goes. I'll plane this down for drawer stock after a few days.

Moving right along now to a miter/morticing station. I need to get these done so it will give me storage space and get rid of some boxes. Only thing left now is to connect all three with one level bed, and a wing on the right end.

You'd think with this many bit's, I could find the one I need...........but nooooooooo
