Warnechke, Marietta Ga. says....I met John about a year ago and he told me about his talents in woodworking and I asked him if he could help me with a project I was working on in restoring an old house. I was adding a room on my house and had found some old South Carolina schoolhouse windows , double hung with Palladium tops. John added a Florida room and an outside storage building to our property in Woodstock Ga. John has delivered many details uncommon with most builders, such as hurricane ties, plywood sheathing as opposed to wafer board, 5/8" thickness on the roof, and he actually uses adhesives in every phase. John has a lot of pride and care in his work and product and will often suggest designs for better use such as he did in his changing the pitch of our storage building to allow for more storage capacity. In addition to the actual building, his finish work is superb and matched the old era aesthetics of our existing home. He also built a cupola when none could be found to fit the building, to receive our antique locomotive weather vane a top.
